Return & Exchanges
We hope you love your Margaret Birdseye piece. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories (including dust bags if applicable).
- Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns of customized items or final sale pieces (these will be clearly marked at time of purchase).
Please email us at customercare@margaretbirdseye.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping. For your convenience, a flat $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for duties and customs documentation. Returns must be sent with the provided label.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, we recommend returning your purchase and placing a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive an Item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at customercare@margaretbirdseye.com within 7 Days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and the packing slip.
