Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. At checkout, you’ll be able to select your country from the dropdown menu. If you don’t see your location or have any questions, please reach out to us at customercare@margaretbirdseye.com.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. All deliveries require a signature. If available in your area, you may also select a UPS Access Point for convenient pickup.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination:
· Domestic (USA): 1–4 business days
· International: 2–7 business days
Please note: delays can occur during high-volume periods or due to customs clearance.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your shipment via the carrier’s tracking page.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, and email us at customercare@margaretbirdseye.com. Please report any delivery issues within 14 days of the shipment date.
